Agua de Lechuga is brand new, 4-star condo hotel situated close to the beach in Playas del Coco, Costa Rica.
Our condo property features a twenty-person Jacuzzi, a huge infinity pool with swim-up seating, a tanning area with sun chairs and an outdoor dining area complete with an oversized BBQ.
We offer guest services, such as reliable high-speed wireless internet connections and 24-hour security. While many rental units come equipped with their very own washer and dryer, we also offer an on-site laundry facility at no extra charge.
Upon arrival, we also offer airport pickup and free parking if you choose to rent a car.
Our centralized location not only offers a leisurely five-minute walk to the beach, but to the downtown shops and restaurants as well.
All rental units boast 9′ ceilings, flat screen televisions and full kitchens with granite counters.
Upon unit entry you will notice that we take care of the little things as well. All of our condo rental units are kept fresh and clean, our A/C units and all other appliances are in fine working condition.
Rest assured that we take care of everything in our condo hotel, as if we were staying there ourselves!

Hi Connie, we have availability in both the loft and the a two-bedroom in late May for you. The loft can sleep four as it has a pull-out couch, but the two-bedroom would be much more comfortable and spacious for guests. We are only 300m from the beach, but there is not much surf in Coco Bay, for that you would have to go to Tamarindo. Better yet, if you want some killers waves, I would suggest Witch’s Rock which accessible mainly by boat. Tours leave from Coco daily and this is best surfing in all of Costa Rica!
I would like to know if you have availability the week of May 25-Jun 1, 2011. We are interesed in the split-level loft or possibly a two bedroom if another couple joins us. Can you also please tell us how far a walk it is to the beach as we are surfers. Thanks.
