Where necessary, we use solid-steel footings and vertical-beaming supports infused with high-grade M40 cement, as well as thicker re-bar to ensure each building we construct; boasts hurricane and seismic-strength resistance.

Prior to any construction work, we carry out intense soil and liquefaction studies on the building site; then proceed to excavate a three-meter deep, foundation base.

To prepare our construction surface, the excavation is then completely backfilled with an enormous amount of high-grade crushed-rock.

Once compacted, we then double-check the surface with a nuclear-density meter to ensure ground consistency and stability before constructing the floor.

On top of all this, before we even start our projects; we perform comprehensive environmental-impact studies to determine the effect our project will have its surrounding neighbours, as well as to gauge its impact on the town power and water supply.
