HOUSE CONSTRUCTION STAGES

Initial construction consisted of the digging of a three-meter deep, solid base foundation which was systematically tested for ground consistency with a nuclear-density meter.
After testing, the soil was meticulously flattened to remove weaknesses. To create an even more tightly compacted construction surface, the foundation was then backfilled with compact crushed rock and cemented over.
An enormous retaining wall, doubling as the rear wall of the three-car garage was then erected to prevent property erosion.
Under extreme weather conditions, the retaining wall will hold the house in place, while completely eliminating foundation stresses that could cause cracks and fissures.
On top of this seismic-ready base, we added full-strength #5, 6, 7 and 8 re-bar throughout and infused it with high-grade, M40 cement.
Full insulation was then added to the ceilings and walls to ward off humidity, and reduce home-cooling costs. Whereas, the architectural design of the house itself, already forces hot-air within to effortless rise out through the atrium.
