Phase I of Agua de Lechuga consists of 39 condo units; of which, 37 have already been sold, leaving only 2 available units.

The main floor of both condo buildings in Agua de Lechuga is dedicated to 500 sq ft. studio apartments and there are three studios on the second-floors as well.

Each condo unit comes fully furnished, and includes major appliances, such as fridges and stoves. Studios also come equipped with their very own hot-water heater, ductless air-conditioning and a wall-mounted, 32″ flat-screen television.

Outside each unit you will find a large terrace that can be used for cooking or entertaining. Main-floor units also have a small backyard plot for gardening or lounging.

1000 sq ft. condo units are found on the second floor of both buildings in Agua de Lechuga.

Each condo unit comes fully furnished, and includes major appliances, such as fridges and stoves. Studios also come equipped with their very own hot-water heater, ductless air-conditioning and a wall-mounted, 42″ flat-screen television.

Outside each unit you will find a large, entertainment-style terrace overlooking our infinity pool.

The third and four floors of both condo buildings in Agua de Lechuga are dedicated to 880 sq ft. split-level lofts. All units boast two full baths, while some units come with a second bedroom.

Each of our loft units comes fully furnished, and includes major appliances, such as fridges and stoves, as well as a stackable washer and dryer. Lofts also come equipped with their very own hot-water heater, ductless air-conditioning and a wall-mounted, 42″ flat-screen television.

Overlooking the infinity pool, private terraces adorn the master bedroom on the upper-level of each loft. The front entrance is found on the lower-level, and also has it’s own entertainment-style terrace that overlooks the pool.
