Phase II of III in our Agua de Lechuga development project is a seven-story, oceanview condo building consisting of 41 individual units.

As you can see from the construction photos below, Oracle Development Group does not build to simply match building standard codes; Oracle raises the bar!

Construction of Phase II has already begun and included the digging of a three-meter deep, solid base foundation which was thoroughly tested for ground consistency with a nuclear-density meter.

On top of our seismic-ready base, we added thirty-six, full-strength concrete footings, as well as solid, vertical-beaming supports infused with high-grade, M40 cement. Next, we will pour and set the floor cement, which provides the stable footing required to erect the building’s inner and outer walls.

Phase II of Agua de Lechuga consists of 38 total condo units; of which 21 have already been reserved or sold, leaving 17 available units.

Below you will find short descriptions and pricing, as well as exact locations of each available one-bedroom and two-bedroom unit in our building floor plan.

Please note that units are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

1st Floor: Five, one-bedroom units are available.
2nd Floor: SOLD OUT
3rd Floor: Two, two-bedroom corner units, as well as, one center-floor, one-bedroom unit are available.
4th Floor: One, one-bedroom unit is available and a single two-bedroom middle floor unit is available.
5th Floor: Three, one-bedroom units are available.
6th Floor: Only a single, one-bedroom unit is still available.
7th Floor: Three middle-floor one-bedroom unit are available..

Spacious one-bedroom, 550 sq ft. condo units are for sale on the main and second floors as well as in the middle of all other floors.

All units come fully-furnished and have standard 9′ ceilings and large windows, as well as come equipped with their very own hot-water heater and ductless air-conditioning units.

Private entertainment-style terraces adorn the bedrooms of each unit with entrance from the rear common-balcony.

Large two-bedroom, two-bath, 1100 sq ft. condo units decorate the entire uppermost floors, as well as both corners on every floor except the main and second.

All units come fully-furnished and have standard 9′ ceilings and large windows, as well as come equipped with their very own hot-water heater and ductless air-conditioning units.

Two private entertainment-style terraces adorn both the master bedroom and the family room, while entrance is made from the rear common-balcony.

Many one-bedroom units on the main and middle-floors can be converted into two-bedroom units if desired.
